Independence Blue Cross is seeking a Lead Configuration Solutions Analyst to drive end-to-end configuration solutions and provide optimization support to Operations teams by bridging the gap between business and technology. This includes in depth benefit coding and analysis in HealthRules Payer.

The role emphasizes process improvements, ticket resolution, and operational analytics with strong communication and analytical skills, in a hybrid work model serving the Tri-State area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• HealthRules Payer experience required.
• Experience in Healthcare required.
• Proven problem-solving abilities to understand root cause and drive improvements.
• Ability to convey complex ideas to users, business, IT and management.

Responsibilities

• Implement improved processes and best practices in configuration and management to ROI and workflow optimization.
• Must have above average analytical skills.
• Provide support to Configuration Solutions Analyst.
• Maintain a global view of interactions with other systems or business needs to determine impact.
• Develop contingency project plans and manage project life cycle to deadlines.
