Job summary

Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines seeks a Lead Compliance Analyst to lead compliance projects, monitor regulatory developments, and serve as a resource across the Bank.

The role directs the Bank's Compliance Risk Management Program, coordinates regulatory change management and guides business units to meet requirements while promoting an inclusive culture and strong governance. Hybrid work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and improvement of the Compliance Risk Management Program.
• Oversee regulatory change management and gap analyses.
• Lead annual PMOS compliance assessment.
• Ensure compliance of new member applications.
• Develop and deliver a compliance training program.
• Track regulatory and third-party reporting obligations.
• Produce compliance risk reporting to management, committees and the Board.
• Attend Bank committees/subcommittees as assigned.
