KeyBank is seeking a regulatory exams leader to oversee all exam activities through the Regulatory Relations Team. You will work under the Regulatory Liaison to implement and execute the Regulatory Exam Management Program across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include guiding leadership and LOBs in exam prep, interfacing with external regulators, educating staff on protocols, and managing information requests. Travel is occasional; hybrid work model.

Formación

• College degree required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• 8+ years of financial services experience.
• Ability to prepare and deliver reporting and presentations for senior management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of regulatory exams for KeyBank.
• Provide guidance to leadership and LOBs in exam prep.
• Interface with external regulatory examiners.
• Educate LOB personnel on exam protocols and ensure adherence.
• Manage information requests from government agencies and ensure timely delivery.
• Perform QA over processes and documents for regulatory meetings and distributions.
• Support RCSA control testing and identify process improvements.
• Ensure deadlines are met across the department and enterprise.
