OMB Bank in Missouri is seeking a Compliance Officer to orchestrate and manage activities ensuring regulatory adherence. You will partner with the Chief Risk Officer and senior management, oversee the compliance team, and maintain awareness of evolving laws and policies.

You will develop and implement programs, policies, reporting, and training; manage state and federal examinations; and coordinate responses to third-party reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in banking/finance risk management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a compliance program aligned with bank size and risk.
• Monitor regulatory developments and guide change management.
• Lead compliance monitoring, testing, and corrective actions.
• Support consumer protection, fair lending, and disclosures.
