Job summary
Sprezzatura Management Consulting in Arlington, VA is seeking a Lead Business Analyst to guide requirements and business process analysis for the VA Budget Tracking Tool modernization. You will oversee functional implementation and data/integrations workstreams while hands-on developing requirements and artifacts.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in BA/requirements management.
- Experience leading or mentoring analysts.
- Strong elicitation, analysis, doc, stories, acceptance criteria, traceability.
- Facilitation with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Experience in Agile backlog development.
- Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to meet VA background/security requirements.
- VA or Federal government experience.
- Knowledge of PPBE, budgeting or IT portfolio processes.
- Experience with OneStream, ERP/EPM or other platforms.
- Experience developing integrations, data mapping and quality controls.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- CBAP/PMI-PBA/CCBA or comparable cert.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements mgmt across workstreams.
- Guide and oversee analysts; develop requirements and artifacts.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, walkthroughs and backlogs.
- Develop requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and data needs.
- Analyze current/future processes for OneStream config.
- Support integration requirements and data mappings.
- Ensure requirements are complete, traceable and mature.
- Identify gaps and resolve dependencies with stakeholders.
- Partner with OneStream, integration and testing resources.
- Maintain documentation in Jira and Confluence.
