Job summary

Sprezzatura is seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst to drive requirements and business process analysis for VA budget tracking modernization. You will oversee functional implementation and data integrations while also hands-on developing requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will collaborate with VA stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex business and financial needs into clear, implementation-ready requirements for VIPPS and OneStream configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in business analysis, requirements management, or process engineering.
• Experience leading analysts and overseeing artifacts.
• Strong elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery and stakeholder workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management across Functional Implementation and Data & Integrations workstreams.
• Mentor and provide quality oversight to Business Analysts while developing requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and backlog refinement with VA stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and data rules.
• Translate current/future state processes into actionable requirements for OneStream configuration.
• Support integration requirements, mappings, reconciliation, interfaces, and exception handling.
• Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and mature for sprints and releases.
• Maintain documentation in Jira, Confluence, and program repositories.
