Job summary

Sprezzatura is seeking a seasoned Lead Business Analyst to oversee requirements across Functional Implementation and Data & Integrations as part of VA Budget Tracking Tool modernization. The role combines leadership with hands-on analysis to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements for VIPPS, working with VA stakeholders and tech teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive BA/PM experience in IT, strong facilitation skills, and a background in Agile environments, with

Qualifications

7+ years of business analysis, requirements management, or business process engineering in complex IT implementations.
Experience as Lead/Senior BA with mentoring responsibilities.
Elicitation, analysis, documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, process modeling, and traceability.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements management across multiple workstreams.
Provide guidance and quality oversight while developing requirements and artifacts.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and backlog refinement with VA stakeholders and delivery teams.
Develop and maintain requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and data requirements.
Translate current/future state processes into actionable requirements for OneStream configuration.
