Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead agreement development and related processes and policies.
  • Develop and deliver agency-wide and specialized training.
  • Train users on agreement review database and resources.
  • Develop agreements required by internal divisions.
  • Assist with entering agreements into TRAINS and invoicing.
  • Maintain the Agreements Manual and related materials.
  • Ensure proper use of various agreement types.
  • Maintain and update standard form agreements.
  • Improve the agreement review database and URA tools.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, Audit, and other offices to align goals.
  • Develop relationships with the Attorney General's Office for legal sufficiency.
  • Lead Lean process improvements in agreement processes.
  • Research policies and assess impact on agreement terms.
  • Conduct stakeholder outreach to improve templates and tools.
