Qualifications

• Experience training clinicians in assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Ability to work with diverse populations in various settings.
• Background check and TB test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision for clinical trainees.
• Evaluate trainee progress and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct candidate interviews and annual orientation.
• Collaborate with schools to implement therapeutic services.
• Coordinate with internal staff and partner orgs for triage and referrals.
• Support accountability for deliverables with Behavioral Health Admin & Director of Programs.
• Provide staff with mental health consultations and education.
