Job summary

You will collaborate with the Deputy General Counsel, CNB Senior Manager, and recruiting staff to identify conflicts, prepare summaries, draft waivers, and ensure compliance before start dates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of two years of conflicts analysis experience.
• Experience with lateral conflicts analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares initial conflicts summaries and identification of potential conflicts for lateral attorneys and non-lawyers.
• Supports sponsoring attorneys in resolution and waiver letter drafting.
• Maintains organized candidate files and provides status updates on short notice.
• Works with Deputy General Counsel to ensure conflicts are identified and communicated before start date.
• Assists in ethics screens and transfer processes for portable clients.
• Performs research and supports other conflicts-related projects as needed.
