Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a technically strong Product Consultant to bridge Sales, Engineering, and customers. You’ll guide on machine capabilities, applications, and automation solutions to drive sales and maximize equipment performance.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related roles, a bachelor’s in engineering, and strong communication skills. Expect hybrid work near Harrison, OH with substantial travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years related experience in sales, marketing, or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Extensive technical knowledge of CI products.
• Experience in machine tool applications or engineering.
• Ability to analyze customer applications and propose solutions.
• Capable of 50% travel within USA, Canada, and Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation to customers, analyzing their applications and requirements to recommend appropriate machine configurations, options, and automation solutions.
• Support Sales with accurate CI product and competitive information.
• Strategize with Sales to maximize effectiveness of customer visits and calls.
• Assure demonstration machines are in proper working order to support sales and customers.
• Conduct on-site and remote demonstrations, including machine setup, operation, and software integration.
• Collaborate with customers to develop, test, and optimize machine programs for performance.
• Train customers on machine operation, software usage, and best practices.
• Travel to customer sites, offices, and tradeshows as required.
