Job summary

GuideWell is seeking an experienced implementation leader to manage large group accounts and complex renewals. You will coordinate with sales, underwriting, and operations to ensure timely, accurate implementations across Local 100+, Public and Natl/Major segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years related work experience.
• Licensure: FL Health and Life Insurance License (2-15) upon hire.
• Experience with large group sales/service environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large group implementations (100+).
• Coordinate timelines with internal/external partners to ensure timely implementations.
• Serve as liaison for Sales to internal partners to renewals and implementations.
• Develop implementation plans and monitor progress through post-implementation.
