Qualifications

• Proficiency in business English, grammar and punctuation and GRE document formats.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate special administrative projects for portfolio delivery leadership staff and as requested including all other administrative recordkeeping.
• Develops, proofsreads and edits presentations, documents, reports, and correspondence according to GRE standards.
• Maintains an effective filing system for correspondence, records, forms and reports.
• Gathers data for various reports; inputs select data to databases and other tools.
• Responds professionally to customer inquiries and follows up as needed.
• Coordinates travel arrangements as requested.
• Schedules and coordinates meetings; takes minutes as requested.
