Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience.
• Related experience in land development approval, plan/regulatory review, coordination with developers, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Land Development Site Plan projects.
• Proactively resolve engineering, ordinance, proffer, and other Code issues.
• Respond to information requests.
• Provide input to the update of County Codes and guidance documents.
• Conduct site visits.
• Resolve engineering and field issues with Engineers and Site Inspectors.
• Research projects.
