Prince William County's Department of Development Services is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead site plan initiatives and coordinate across engineering, planning, and field teams.
You will manage projects, resolve Code issues, conduct site visits, respond to information requests, and contribute to updates of County Codes while working a hybrid schedule with possible telework days.

High school diploma or G.E.D. and 6 years of related experience. Related experience is defined as work involving land development approval and/or construction processes, including but not limited to, plan and regulatory review, coordination with developers and/or their representatives, and project management.
This position works a standard Monday-Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours per week.
This position can telework 1-2 days per week after an initial probationary period.
This is a telework-eligible position that may revert to in-office scheduling if business needs change.
