Prince William County Government is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead and manage land development site plan projects and coordinate with engineers, site inspectors, and developers. The role includes resolving engineering, ordinance, proffer, and code issues, with responsibilities to respond to requests and provide input on codes and guidance documents.
The position allows a 1-2 day telework option after probation, with a standard 37.5 hour week and potential in-office scheduling

We are looking for motivated professionals who will take the lead and solve problems.
High school diploma or G.E.D. and 6 years of related experience. Related experience is defined as work involving land development approval and/or construction processes, including but not limited to, plan and regulatory review, coordination with developers and/or their representatives, and project management.
This position works a standard Monday-Friday schedule, working 37.5 hours per week.
This position can telework 1-2 days per week after an initial probationary period.
This is a telework-eligible position that may revert to in-office scheduling if business needs change.
