Job summary

Jobot is seeking a qualified attorney to represent clients in labor and employment matters in a hybrid San Francisco office. You will manage a caseload from inception to resolution, draft pleadings, conduct discovery, argue motions, and participate in trials and arbitrations.

The ideal candidate has a JD from an accredited law school, admission to the Bar, and 4+ years of labor and employment litigation experience, including wage-hour, class actions, PAGA or FEHA.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in good standing.
• 4+ years of experience in labor and employment litigation, including wage and hour, class action, single plaintiff, PAGA, and/or FEHA.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various labor and employment matters, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination.
• Manage a caseload of complex litigation matters, from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, arguing motions, and participating in trials and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and counsel to clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction.
• Participate in business development activities, including networking, client meetings, and presentations.

Education

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
