The ideal candidate has 4–10 years of experience, is admitted to the California Bar, and demonstrates strong written and verbal communication,

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience in labor and employment litigation.
• Strong knowledge of FEHA, Title VII, wage/hour laws, and PAGA.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle employment litigation, including wage and hour class actions and PAGA representative actions.
• Manage single-plaintiff employment matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
• Oversee all phases of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
