Job summary

Jobot in Newport Beach, California, is seeking an experienced attorney to represent clients in labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, and wrongful termination.

You will manage a full litigation caseload from inception to resolution, draft pleadings, conduct discovery, argue motions, and participate in trials and arbitrations, while collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Bar admission in good standing is required.
• At least 4 years of labor and employment litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, and wrongful termination.
• Manage a caseload from inception to resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trials, and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound counsel to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality service.
• Participate in business development through networking and client meetings.
