Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle complex wage-hour and non-compete related litigation.
• Provide regulatory compliance guidance to Fortune 500 clients on FLSA, ADA, and Title VII.
• Advise HR on investigations, internal reviews, and executive transitions.
