Job summary

The Civil Division of the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office in Seattle seeks an enthusiastic and analytical attorney to join the Litigation Section to work on tort and employment matters.

The successful candidate will litigate on behalf of County clients in labor arbitrations and other administrative forums, with a hybrid schedule that requires in-office work on Wednesdays and telecommuting three days one week and two days the next.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the County in proceedings including the King County Personnel Board, OAH, and PERC.
  • Adhere to the Rules of Professional Conduct and maintain ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a team on complex labor and employment matters.
