Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors in Logistics or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years in logistics, transportation, or inventory management.
• Laboratory, healthcare, or regulated environment experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and logistics software.
• Understanding of laboratory handling procedures and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily courier staff activities, including scheduling and routing.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of laboratory specimens, supplies, and documents.
• Monitor fleet usage, maintenance schedules, and vehicle compliance.
• Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee inventory of laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using tracking systems and perform audits.
• Coordinate ordering and replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Ensure proper handling and transport of lab materials per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with lab staff to prioritize urgent deliveries and troubleshoot delays.
