Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Learning & Development Project Manager to partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high-quality learning programs. You will manage timelines, budgets, and resources, lead cross-functional teams, and optimize workflows across onboarding initiatives and events.

You will work in a hybrid office setting (3 days/week in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA) with 3+ years PM and 2+ years L&D experience, using Wrike or similar platforms to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of learning & development experience.
• Experience with Wrike or similar PM platforms.
• Ability to build consultative partnerships with business leaders.
• Experience influencing franchise level decisions and talent development.
• Ability to lead cross functional work teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies for learning programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including content developers and IT.
• Support LMS operations, reporting, and transcript analytics.
• Develop project plans, stakeholder communications, and SOPs.
• Leverage AI tools to improve processes and documentation.
• Monitor progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning.
