Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Learning & Development Project Manager to partner with the Learning and Development Center of Excellence and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure high-quality delivery of learning programs, onboarding initiatives, and process improvements. Hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters in Learning Preferred.
• Hybrid opportunity - Requires 3 days in the Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA office.
• 3+ years of project management experience is required.
• 2+ years of learning & development experience is required.
• Experience with Wrike or similar project management platforms required.
• Ability to create consultative business partnerships and collaborate with business leaders for superior results.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage allocated budget for programs.
• Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning.
• Lead end-to-end project management for learning programs, onboarding cohorts, events, and related workstreams.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, communications, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including learning architects, content developers, IT, digital teams, planners, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Support LMS operations including training assignments, content updates, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Build and optimize project management systems, templates, and SOPs.
