Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Project Manager in Titusville, NJ hybrid role. You will partner with stakeholders, vendors, and IT to deliver learning programs, onboarding initiatives, and process improvements.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project management, planning, risk management, and coordination of cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years PM and 2+ years L&D experience are required, with Wrike proficiency and strong partnership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in learning preferred.
• Hybrid role requiring three days in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA offices.
• 3+ years of project management experience required.
• 2+ years of learning & development experience required.
• Experience with Wrike or similar project management platforms required.
• Ability to build consultative partnerships with business leaders to drive results.
• Ability to lead cross-functional work teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

• Track and manage allocated budget for programs.
• Engage in demand, capability, and capacity planning.
• Lead end-to-end project management for learning programs and events.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including learning architects, content developers, IT, and vendors.
• Support LMS activities including assignments, content updates, reporting, and transcript analytics.
• Enhance processes with new templates, SOPs, and centralized knowledge repositories.
• Leverage AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency and communication.
