The position is full-time, hybrid in Columbia, SC, with initial on-site training and potential for a hybrid schedule. Strong writing, content management, and AI tool experience are desired.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a job-related field.
• 1 year of communications or publications experience.
• Experience using generative AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
• Knowledge content management experience or exposure to Genesys CMS.

• Writes/edits copy and proofs internal/external education and communications materials.
• Coordinates printing and distribution of materials.
• Creates/writes/edits and manages content and web-based training courses.
• Tracks projects and maintains customer service with stakeholders.
