Newcomb & Boyd LLC, a multidiscipline MEP engineering consulting firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is seeking an experienced Knowledge and Learning Manager to lead the firm’s technical, leadership, and compliance learning initiatives. This role partners with Studio Technical Directors, practice leaders, IT, and HR to establish a comprehensive learning framework that supports excellence and career growth.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience supporting technical professionals in

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Learning & Development experience in MEP/AEC or technical services.
• Experience designing and managing technical training programs for engineers and leaders.
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems and managing training records.
• Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify technical training needs across Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Technology, and Sustainability.
• Develop and deliver firmwide technical training programs.
• Create structured learning pathways for engineers at all career levels.
• Administer LMS, track completions, and ensure compliance.
• Lead leadership development programs.
• Capture and disseminate lessons learned and best practices.
• Implement AI-powered knowledge tools.
