Placements24 is seeking a motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join a dynamic recruitment consultancy in Welkom, Free State. The role blends in-office collaboration with remote work and offers hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to client coordination.

You will be mentored by experienced consultants, build talent pipelines, conduct initial assessments, and support senior staff in managing relationships.

Formación

• Entry-level to 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hybrid work model is available.
• Located in Welkom, Free State or able to commute.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for various client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and gather relevant information.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Support senior consultants with market research and client engagement activities.
• Learn and apply best practices in recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Adhere to company policies and recruitment standards.
