Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT work experience in a technical field.
• 0–2 years of experience supporting software applications or IT operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily administration and maintenance of third-party applications across the organization.
• Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolutions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Respond to user requests, incidents, and service inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability and user experience.
