Responsibilities

• Process FedEx invoices and approved AP invoices; obtain missing charge codes; respond to vendor inquiries; back up for check runs.
• Process and maintain expense reports for billers and projects; ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Add new employees to vendor file; maintain accurate vendor info; enter addresses and banking details per internal controls.
• Perform data entry and reconciliation of prepaid accounts; monitor reconciliation with General Ledger; process credit card transactions.
• Maintain accurate accounting records; assist with discrepancies; utilize digital/AI tools to improve workflow.
