Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Software Engineering experience with modern Java frameworks or 3 years with a Master's degree.
- Experience in RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills and experience with Agile software lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Java-based software capabilities.
- Work with a hybrid, fast-paced team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Integrate AI agents and autonomous workflows into the software engineering process.
- Refactor complex codebases and implement robust unit/integration tests.
