Overview

Contract IT staffing role located in Albany, NY area with hybrid work arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Development and/or modification of technical and/or design specifications, technical writing and documentation.
• Analysis of existing code for enhancement evaluation, defect remediation and technical upgrades.
• Maintenance of web applications at the user interface, business logic and data access layers.
• Software development tasks including coding, testing, and implementation.

Qualifications

84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 84 Months of experience in object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD) in designing and implementing information technology solutions using the Java programming language.
• 84 Months of experience in Oracle PL/SQL and developing procedures and packages.
• 48 Months of experience in using the Struts 2 MVC framework.
• 36 Months of experience in using the Spring MVC framework.
• 36 months programming experience with Java Server Faces.
• 12 Months of experience developing Java web services (REST and SOAP).
• 12 Months of experience building and maintaining responsive web applications.
• 12 Months of experience in using Git for source code control.
