Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Exposure to:Data engineering workflows.
• Contact center or CX-related systems.
• Experience with high-volume transactional systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and maintain scalable backend applications supporting high-throughput systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Develop and support microservices architectures that are resilient and scalable.
• Work with Kafka or similar messaging systems to produce and consume event streams.
• Integrate APIs with Relational and NoSQL databases and external services.
• Participate in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
• Assist in monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
