Clarke Power Services, Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to join our IT team in Cincinnati.

The role focuses on administration, support, security, and continuous improvement of our technology environment, including Microsoft 365, virtualization, endpoint management, Identity & Access Management, and cybersecurity initiatives. Primary responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, implementing strategic technology solutions, and supporting infrastructure modernization and operational

Qualifications

Associate's degree in information technology or related field.
Minimum of five (4) years of progressive experience supporting enterprise technology environments.
Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

Administer and support VMware virtual infrastructure and associated systems.
Monitor server and infrastructure performance and take proactive measures to ensure reliability and availability.
Assist with system upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle management.
Support enterprise storage, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
Active Directory and Windows Server support.
