Job summary

Matouk is seeking an ERP Systems Engineer to administer and advance its Salesforce-native ERP (Rootstock) platform, ensuring robust health of manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, and order-to-cash operations. The role combines ERP concepts with deep Salesforce technical prowess to build scalable processes.

The ideal candidate will integrate with WMS and ecommerce systems, write Apex and LWC, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of ERP and manufacturing concepts (MRP, inventory lifecycles, shop-floor routing).
• Salesforce platform expertise beyond admin, with ability to design and maintain advanced Flows and automations.
• Navigate Rootstock and integrate with external systems (WMS, ERP) via APIs.
• Proactive, detective mindset to diagnose data discrepancies and build safeguards.
• Experience using AI tools (Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows and scripts.
• Self-starter who identifies bottlenecks and researches solutions.
• Strong business communication to translate tech to business needs.
• Familiarity with Flow/Automation, Python, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, GitHub, Postman, and LWC.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Matouk's Salesforce-native ERP (Rootstock) with custom data models and configurations.
• Design and maintain advanced Salesforce Flows and process automations for manufacturing, inventory, fulfillment, and order-to-cash.
• Apply ERP concepts (MRP, inventory lifecycles, routing) to align configurations with operations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ERP integrations with WMS and ecommerce via API.
• Investigate system exceptions and integration drops, implementing permanent safeguards.
• Write, test, and document Apex, LWC, and custom scripts to support processes.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and develop scripts.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive fixes before disruption to business continuity.
• Collaborate with Operations, Fulfillment, and Finance leadership to translate workflows into features.
• Use GitHub for version control and Postman for API validation of integrations.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end users on ERP features and automations.
• Provide ongoing support and documentation for ERP tools and processes.
