Job summary

Braven, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to own the administration of core collaboration and productivity platforms and to drive automation that removes friction from internal workflows.

You will manage Jira Service Management, Slack, and Zoom, and partner closely with the IT Systems Architect on infrastructure decisions while independently owning the collaboration tooling and automation layer. This exempt, full-time role reports to the Head of Workplace Technology & Operations and is

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT experience, with 1-2 years administering SaaS collaboration platforms such as Jira, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace or similar
• Experience designing automations or scripted workflows (e.g., Jira automation, Okta Workflows, PowerShell, Python)
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira/Jira Service Management and Slack administration

• Support & Documentation for tool configurations, workflows, and automations
