Job summary

Vital IT Network Systems (VINS) is seeking a Systems Analyst to deliver advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and communicate clearly with clients. You will work on hardware, software, networks, and virtualization, with hybrid onsite attendance and a focus on proactive system maintenance.

The role requires strong customer service, on-call availability, and collaboration with the team to provide cutting-edge IT solutions and exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (preferred).
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP certification desirable.
• Prior experience in a similar technical support role, preferably with an MSP.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS, hardware, networking and virtualization.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to clients, addressing hardware/software issues, network configurations and system integration.
• Diagnose and resolve escalated IT issues with analytical problem-solving to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Maintain clear client communication, explain technical concepts in non-technical terms and provide updates on progress.
