Job summary

Vital IT Network Systems (VINS) in Brentwood, TN is seeking a Systems Analyst to provide advanced technical support for a diverse client base. You will diagnose hardware/software issues, manage network configurations, and assist with system integration and maintenance.

The role requires a strong troubleshooting mindset, Windows/Linux expertise, and a customer-focused communication style. On-call rotation and reliable transportation are required; this is a full-time hybrid position with 3

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field preferred.
Possess CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCP certification.
Prior MSP or similar technical support experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS, networking and virtualization.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
On-call rotation availability and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support to clients, addressing hardware/software issues, network configurations and system integration.
Troubleshoot escalated IT issues, identify root causes and implement solutions.
Maintain clear client communication and provide updates on issue resolution progress.
Document issues, resolutions and configurations for future reference.
Assist in maintenance and monitoring of client systems and propose improvements.
Collaborate with team members to delegate tasks and foster a cooperative environment.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging technologies.
