Job summary

Enovate Consulting, LLC is seeking a full-time IT Systems Administrator to provide hands-on IT support, manage daily IT operations, and coordinate with our external MSP. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of troubleshooting, documenting solutions, and improving processes.

This role offers opportunities to expand technical skills, manage onboarding/offboarding, and strengthen cybersecurity practices while gradually taking more in-house responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT support or systems administration experience.
• Ability to independently support Windows computers, Microsoft 365, user accounts, MFA, and basic network connectivity.
• Proficiency with SQL, PowerShell, Python or similar scripting for queries, reporting or automation.

Responsibilities

• Independently resolve routine IT tickets (Level 1) related to computers, MS 365, printers, connectivity, remote access, and software.
• Set up, configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and relocate laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, and equipment.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, equipment, warranties, IT records and asset inventories.
• Maintain software licensing, subscriptions, renewals, and vendor details, including specialized software.
• Support Unanet AE administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and process improvements; assist with reports and automation via SQL/scripting.
• Identify cybersecurity concerns and escalate as needed; follow security procedures.
• Coordinate escalated issues and projects with the MSP and transition work in-house where feasible.
