Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in Coppell, TX for a hybrid role combining on-site and remote work.

You will support end-user computing, manage Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network services, and contribute to security, governance, and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of IT support experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is required or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of related IT support, systems administration, infrastructure, or information security experience.
Experience supporting security, audit, compliance, vulnerability remediation, or technical control activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user computing support: troubleshoot issues, install and configure hardware/software, deploy new computers and equipment.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive; manage accounts, licenses, and permissions.
Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID; manage user accounts, groups, authentication, and privileged access.
Maintain Windows Server systems, virtualization, backups, and recovery; monitor and ensure availability and security.
Manage LAN/WAN networks, wireless, VPN, DNS, DHCP, switches, firewalls, and connectivity.
Assist with governance, risk, and compliance activities and security controls; participate in audits and remediation.
