Job summary

Inform Diagnostics in Coppell, TX seeks a Systems Administrator to oversee Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and hybrid cloud services. You will manage Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 workloads, while supporting both on-premises and cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS.

The role requires strong automation via PowerShell, experience with Hyper-V, SCCM, and security best practices in a regulated environment handling HIPAA data.

Qualifications

Experience with Windows Server administration (2016+).
Hands-on with Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy.
Experience with Entra ID/Azure AD and hybrid identity.
Proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
Experience with 365 apps: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.
Familiarity with Intune and SCCM for endpoint management.

Responsibilities

Administer Windows Server, Hyper-V, and virtualization resources.
Manage Entra ID, MFA, conditional access, and SSO/SAML integrations.
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Teams.
Manage Intune/SCCM for Windows endpoints and deployments.
Automate tasks with PowerShell and Graph API.
Create/update documentation; follow change-control processes.
