Job summary

Cutter & Buck Inc. is seeking a System Administrator to join our Grand Prairie-based IT Operations team. This role focuses on administering Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows and Linux servers, and hybrid infrastructure across on-prem and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT experience, strong scripting with PowerShell, and familiarity with Meraki, VMware, and Ansible. This onsite role offers a hybrid schedule (one remote day/week after 90 days) and travel

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years IT experience as a System Administrator.
• A college degree or an equivalent combination of education, certificates, or work experience required.
• Strong administration skills with M365/Azure and Network Administration.
• Comfortable in Windows and Linux with exposure to scripting languages (PowerShell).
• Experience with Meraki, VMware environments, Ansible is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory environments.
• Administer Windows and Linux server environments (physical, virtual, cloud).
• Collaborate with Operations for basic network administration and troubleshooting.
• Manage patching processes for servers, devices, and appliances.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery, including testing and documentation.
• Ensure endpoint protection aligns with security standards.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with IT teams as needed.
• Install and upgrade third-party server applications and tools.
• Monitor health and performance of infrastructure and implement automation.
