Job summary

The IT Support Specialist will join a hybrid team, providing end-user support across onsite, remote, and hybrid employees, while ensuring seamless Microsoft 365 administration and secure identity management. You will train users, diagnose issues, and help maintain our cloud and on-prem infrastructure, with a focus on AI tools adoption and improving end-user productivity in a dynamic, fast-paced

Qualifications

Minimum: 2 years IT field experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient supporting the Microsoft 365 suite.
Ability to train and instruct users of varying technical skill levels.
Strong documentation skills.
Experience with Android, iOS, and Windows devices; MDM experience a plus.
Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange, Windows Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for onsite, remote, and hybrid hardware and software.
Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnose issues.
Triage issues and route to appropriate resource.
Provide updates on project status and new user setups.
Manage monitoring and maintenance of network and cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365, Entra ID).
Design and deliver training sessions to drive adoption of new technologies.
