DeepL in Austin, TX is hiring an IT Support/Operations specialist to manage IT services for our global team. The role requires onsite presence four days a week and collaboration with international colleagues.

You will configure devices, support users, and drive security-aware IT practices while aligning with our London-based IT leadership. This position offers a hybrid-friendly, international work environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive experience in IT Support or IT Operations in tech environments.
Experience with AI tools and security-conscious workflows.
University degree in Computer Science or IT; or equivalent professional background.
Hands-on with Windows, macOS, Linux and enterprise apps; familiarity with MDM tools JAMF and Intune.
Strong troubleshooting, ticketing, and cross-functional collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

First line IT support for employees with IT-related issues, using an efficient ticketing system.
Hardware and device management to equip employees.
Office IT setup and connectivity, collaborating with global teams.
Onboarding/off-boarding tech provisioning and training for US-based staff.
Propose creative IT solutions and keep up with emerging technologies.
