Cortrucent LLC seeks a versatile Service Desk Analyst & Field Technician to provide responsive remote help desk support and hands-on on-site work in the Berlin, NJ area. Qualifications

• 2–5 years in help desk, desktop support, or field technician roles.
• Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and AD/Entra ID.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first/second point of contact for client support via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents within SLAs; document work in PSA system.
• Perform on-site deployments, configurations, and repairs of workstations, servers, and networking equipment.
• Assist with onboarding, provisioning, and access management for client users.
• Provide remote support using RMM tools and remote-control sessions.
• Maintain security hygiene and document runbooks and asset records.
