Job summary

Meta Care is seeking a Technology Support & Digital Operations Specialist in the Clearwater/ Tampa Bay area. The role is hybrid (in office 3 days a week) and full-time, supporting the organization’s IT needs and digital operations across the US.

You will handle Windows/M365 issues, manage MFA enrollment, and assist with onboarding/offboarding, Microsoft 365 configuration, and basic video content support. This role supports leadership and coordinates with the Senior Systems Administrator.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of IT support or help-desk experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Teams and OneDrive; MFA administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee technology issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, printers, browsers, and related apps.
• Assist with password resets, MFA enrollment, and account lockouts.
