Job summary

FirstPRO 360 is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support systems and applications. You will provide first and second level technical support to end users, ensure secure access, and manage user profiles with a focus on security and compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in system support, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience with ITIL. A hybrid schedule is offered, with on-site work three days per week and some after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or Business Administration (or 6 years of comparable experience).
• 4+ years of relevant experience in system support.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Experience with ITIL and stakeholder management is a plus.

Responsibilities
