Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Piscataway, New Jersey, seeks a Business Process Analyst - IT Supply Chain to drive digital SAP-enabled supply chain solutions across North America and Latin America. You will analyze requests, design configurations, and collaborate with global teams to deliver integrated IT processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
3+ years of experience in an IT role configuring and implementing SAP MM for consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing industries.

Responsibilities

Analyze, research, and resolve complex requests from the external manufacturing Supply Chain organization.
Deliver optimized IT solutions for business processes across North America, Hill's Pet Nutrition, and Latin America.
Manage and execute the design, testing, and configuration of SAP systems in alignment with global standards, project scope, and business requirements.
Partner with IT peers, business stakeholders, vendors, and external resources to deliver key Supply Chain initiatives.
Communicate project milestones, technical solutions, and operational updates clearly to cross-functional business units and leadership.
