Job summary

Bel in Chicago offers an IT Sr Solutions Manager – Operations (NorAm) role focusing on designing, managing, and optimizing IT systems for Purchasing, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. You will partner with regional leaders and global IT to align technology with business goals and drive data-driven decisions.

The hybrid role requires strong leadership and a track record of delivering ERP/SCM initiatives. The position calls for 8+ years in IT leadership within Manufacturing/CPG, with SAP experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, SCM, Operations or related field; master's preferred.
• 8+ years IT leadership with focus on Purchasing and Supply Chain systems in Manufacturing/CPG.
• Experience leading ERP and SCM solutions, SAP strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a broad IT/ops project portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership across Supply Chain, Purchasing and Operations to optimize IT systems and processes.
• Lead end-to-end IT solution implementation, planning, configuration and ongoing maintenance.
• Oversee vendor performance, SLAs and term negotiations to ensure value and reliability.
• Drive data-driven decision making and align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Coordinate global projects with regional needs and ensure business continuity.
