Job summary

Hirewell seeks a Senior IT Solutions Manager to lead technology modernization across enterprise applications, SAP, and related initiatives. You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and IT to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions.

The role is Chicago-area hybrid, requiring 2 days onsite, with base salary plus annual bonus and comprehensive benefits. Strong ERP, SAP, and vendor-management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience.
• Experience supporting Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing technology environments.
• Strong ERP and enterprise application experience.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong project/program leadership and vendor management skills.
• Ability to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience owning technology initiatives across the full project lifecycle.
• CPG experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and IT stakeholders.
• Lead enterprise application and SAP-related initiatives.
• Support modernization of legacy applications and enterprise platforms.
• Translate operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
• Lead projects from requirements and planning through implementation.
• Manage vendors, priorities, risks, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Help shape technology roadmaps and future-state capabilities.
